Park Place DC Sales Center Now Open

Brought to you by the same people who built the Ellington at 13th and U street, the 156 unit Park Place is now being sold from a beautiful new sales and design center.
The Sales center just opened at 1301 U street, right next to the Maggie Moo’s (better than ColdStone if you ask us). You can now checkout for yourself in person the Park Place floor-plans, layouts, and amenities.
This development is adding some additional density right above the Petworth Metro Station. Clearly this development is extremely convenient, and given the nature of the area still being “up and coming” reasonable prices compared to some other areas with similar city street look and feel.
