Right in the heart of Logan Circle along gas-lit streets you will find the aptly named Logan Station condos. These one and two bedrooms by relative new comer to the area Bogdan Builders feature a great location, under ground parking, Italian marble and multi level floor plans. But that’s not all… you also get a TV if you buy now!
The extras that builders are throwing in are nice but you would hardly think these things truly make a difference in such a huge purchase. Other areas builders have been offering things like $10,000 in free furniture from Pottery Barn, or even fully furnished apartments already.
Clearly there is a psychological effect here and its especially nice to see a place you are about to buy furnished, but from a practical standpoint, paying the closing costs or cash back deals are much more attractive.
