And righto, JNo. The house I live in (the basement, natch) was on the market a few years ago for some absurd price. I kept thinking, "Who with that kind of money would want to live in Columbia Heights?" And, of course, it turns out: nobody! The house went, not surprisingly, for almost half the original "pie in the sky" asking price.</description>
