the pool is one of the biggest rooftop pool in dc. 

is this going to set a trend for capitol hill? perhaps not, as there are so many restrictions on development on the 'hill', but as for the H street corridor, it remains to be seen.

kudos for posting a picture of one of the few LAP pools on an apartment in dc!</description>
