It’s got a fireplace, off street parking, and an eat in kitchen, what more could you ask for?

So take your best guess, and should you need some more information to help you, follow the jump for the realtor spin and another photo…

“You will notice the inviting entry foyer, gracious and open living and dining room, state-of-the-art eat-in kitchen with entry to a deck; spacious and private master bedroom suite on the 2nd floor; 2 bedrooms and den on the 3rd floor; family room with a fireplace in the lower level and two car garage. With a most convenient location, this home is within a few minutes walk to many fine shops, restaurants, shopping malls, the neighborhood park and tennis courts, movie theaters, all neighborhood amenities and the Metro.”

This townhouse looks huge! You would expect there to be more than 3 bedrooms.

I will guess at $1,600,000

I bet they are trying for around $1.35 million but I doubt it will sell for that!

$2 million dollars is my guess, but you are right Steven, what ever the price they are asking, it will most likely get dropped lower when it doesn’t sell!
