1 01 2008Happy New Year, hope you all are recovering nicely from a night of celebration!
While 2007 was a great year, there are still a few things we are wishing for in the year 2008! May the new year bring us; an improved housing market, a new stadium, more made up neighborhood names, more fire houses, more construction, the Bush Twins, and of course World Peace!

I bet that the market will bottom out in a few months and then slowly start to raise again!
