how’d they do it?!
it almost looks like there are little lit-up cafes along the tidal basin waterfront. wouldn’t that be a draw! annoying how all of our water features are surrounded by nothing but roads and trails.

Maybe the near SE waterfront by the new stadium will be able to recapture some of cities beautiful waterfront, and at least the georgetown waterfront is being reclaimed as a park, but for now, we all must enjoy the water from afar.
