The DuMont is more in quiet tranny/hooker territory. At least they give you something for your money...even if it does burn afterwards. I got my hands on a construction set for the DuMont... both buildings are actually quite similiar in terms of construction details etc. Architects have a hard time re-inventing themselves when their product seems to be flying off the shelves. One on top of each of the two buildings. The larger building (in the picture) has a pool that is now larger than the one originally planned. So it is actually quite a large pool for a rooftop pool.
