The area real estate market is not so hot right now for most, but according to a survey by the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, DC is the place where people from other countries want to be!
The survey ranked D.C. second in the world amongst investors, tied with London and right behind New York. We were fourth last year. Maybe this is why so many of those mansions in NW have had no trouble selling but two bedroom condos are on the market for months at a time!
