		<description>I'm always amazed at the "let the little guy thrive" agruments.  The little guy cannot survive because he can't pay the rents in a development like this.  Would it be nice?  Sure, but it's just not possible.</description>

		<description>Why do we necessarily want "high end" retail? It always just ends up being another GAP or West elm. Those are great, we have them downtown, how about a little diversity? Let the little guy thrive.</description>
