There are only 3 bedrooms but don’t let that throw you off, remember to price history into your guesses as well as the great location.

This seems to be just the house for those types of people who have favored career over family, only 3 bed rooms, but so much space?
Given that this house would be great for entertaining, rooftop deck and the view of monuments…. my guess is $2,999,900 and not a penny more!

hmmm. I think Kera’s right on, but I’ll guess 3.4 to give some more value to history…
A garage? This view? At least $5 million. I’d guess $6 million. I wouldn’t be surprised at $10 mil, though.
Prices have gone down slightly in Georgetown in the past few months. I’m guessing that this house would sell for $4.2million. The updated kitchen and bathroom will help this one sell a lot. But the bedrooms on the entry floor tells me that the floorplan must be a little weird. Who wants to have their bedroom on the first floor in G’town?
