		<description>and yet the National's Stadium can be completed in two years?  how i love the priorities.  i still think the money should have gone to fix the school system and Metro instead of this stadium.

but then again, think about the priorities when we were in school.  sports programs got all the budget approvals for new fields and uniforms, while the arts kids sat without supplies in outdated classrooms. 

not much changes as you move up the food chain, huh.</description>
