		<description>You're right DG, they are expecting to break ground halfway through this year, but since they want to have the ivy ready (and large enough) to cover the entire building, they plan to begin growing the ivy next month! It will then be transplanted.</description>

		<description>That ivy will come down once they realize that they are basically ladders for roof rats.  Hopefully those windows are sealed shut.</description>

		<description>As the "green movement" is growing stronger, its important that businesses become more eco-friendly. Congrats to Chad and the 1 Hotel. Not only is a green hotel extremely innovative but also better for the environment. Check out openeco.org. Its a great non-profit website where businesses can plug in their energy consumption and compare them with other businesses within their industry in efforts to reduce their carbon footprints. If 1 Hotel were to this utilize tool, socially conscious consumers on the site may appreciate the efforts as well as associate the green efforts with the hotel.</description>
