She said the Saul wants to start Phase 2 earlier than originally planned and would like both projects to be under construction at the same time. In the past 2 weeks, ,ost of the tenants have quickly moved out of the space. Anybody know when phase 2 demolition begins? The art deco is cool, but the area is a bit saturated with neutral colors. If there is any place in the area where funkier designs could fit in, it is Clarendon.
