Great Shot: Everywhere are Signs
6 05 2008“Signs Signs Everywhere are Signs” but for some reason we always have the opposite problem. It’s always a little to late once we have to swerve to avoid that steel plate, or crossed to a closed sidewalk. However enough signage doesn’t seem to be a problem on Wisconsin Ave in Georgetown. It would be hard to miss that work was going here, well done DDOT, well done!

I agree Roy. I can’t count the number of times that I have been driving through Northeast and been treated to an unexpected construction delay or project with no warning.
I also noticed that often times they will close a road but not put up any detour signs, what’s the deal with that?
That will definitely fan the flames of people like me who know the city caters to the affluent side of town and treats everyone else like we are non-existent.
