		<description>Even in plain view of the capitol, it's nothing that special anyway, IMO. I'd rather have the garages underground, build some mixed use buildings and maybe light them up a bit or put some other kind of landmark up to get attention. Either way, the view isn't that special even when you can see it when you're in the upper deck.</description>

		<description>Yeah but it will be amazing to have such a bustling corridor along Half Street right up to the entrance of the Stadium. It's going to be a space where people will want to get somthing to eat before the game and hang out afterwards. I'm looking forward to Half street getting finished up, views be damned!</description>

		<description>Of course if those garages had been built underground, with massive commercial buildings on top, you'd have seen even less. (And the park would have felt, to my thinking, a lot more claustrophobic.)  Maybe we dodged a bullet there.</description>
