		<description>Does Lerner deserve the label of good company? Lerner may have nice buildings, but they look at projects from a suburban mindset. Of course they're starting to improve, but look at the way they insisted on using the ground floor for parking, and not retail, at Nationals Park.</description>

		<description>The Lerners did not bring baseball back but the DC govt did along with MLB. There were several ownership groups in the running after the team already moved. The Lerners have been cheap ass owners so far and the jury is still way out.</description>

		<description>yes but for all the power these firms have.. the one I think does the best giving back to the community is Charles E Smith. Look at all the charitable donations these guys make every year, it is staggering. Plus all the academic (and sports) buildings they have given to our local Universities.</description>
