with bars on all the lower floor windows? i’d say 3.6 mil.
5,900,000
I am thinking that the units could sell for between 150k and 250k so maybe the whole thing could justify $4.5 million.
The picture looks nice enough, but I bet it’s in a bad area.
$4,125,000
Well, granite’s great, but it can’t compensate for that 50’s garden apartment construction style. I’m betting this building will sell for $3.8 million.
$7,500,000
they’re selling the entire building? even if you paint a white horse black, it’s still a white horse. i doubt they re-did the entire plumbing system . . . probably just stuck all new appliances and finishes on the surfaces. i say $3 million at most. and i’m being generous.
btw, anyone else think that couch is hideous?
I’m guessing $4,000,100.00, the extra $100 is for that amazing red couch!
I think the couch is why there are bars on the windows: Keeps people from leaping out of the apartment in fear.
$4,275,299
What buyer who is able to afford the building would be drawn in by the balloons? Pretty tacky.
