Masonry on Massachusetts
14 05 2008Almost four months after the bricks started going up on the Dumont at 4th and Massachusetts, they are almost done! We were on the site exploring, and as you can see, only five more stories of brick on the corner and the masonry will be complete. Shouldn’t be much longer before they start letting people move in!

no word yet on what’s going to happen to the Dumont East (closest to the Capitol). hotel? extended stay? corporate apts? rentals? sales?
would love to buy one but can’t buy something not for sale…
