I’m a sucker for development rendering posts. It would be great if y’all could scoop everyone else by scouring the HPRB and DCRA offices for submitted plans. For example, there is a major overhaul of 1316 9th Street that’s going through the approval process currently that I’d love to see but that I think it’s only available in hard copy with the government currently.
