Ok we know this was a hard one, but you all made good efforts with your guesses on the nice 24 Unit Condo building in Northeast. Now that the results are in, we can reveal that the newly renovated building is on the market for $5.9 million.

Since the building is not occupied yet, this is a huge liability to take on and we are guessing the owner is trying to dump the property just to get it off it’s books.
