Thanks for the link for the Frozen Tropics item, but the property is nowhere near LeDroit Park. In a stretch you could call it Eckington or most likely NoMa, Capitol Hill North or Trinidad, but LeDroit park is even farther than some of the real estate agents would go.
the gateway market proposal is not for LeDroit Park, but for ivy city. its fourth and florida NE.
