Capitol Yards: Hurry Lease Early
27 06 2008Question? Do people actually lease from buildings that are months or years away from being built? The Capitol Yards project in SE is encouraging people to ”Lease Now” and we have seen similar signs on other unfinished projects around the city as well! We’re also curious as to what type of promises they are making about the time-frame for delivery to people who reserve apartments.

I would never lease from a building that doesn’t have walls yet, that’s just crazy. You never know how long it will take to finish being built.
two of the buildings at Capitol Yards are already complete. Hence the “leasing now” sign around the whole site.
Yeah but has anyone even moved into the Jefferson and Axiom yet? And regardless 909 NJ Ave isn’t built yet and you can reserve leases in that building too according to JPI.
