Anacostia - “Four Points LLC had begun plans to transform the Curtis Companies’ office buildings and parking lots on MLK Avenue in downtown Anacostia into a massive mixed-use development.” Possible occupants for the retail/restaurant space include a BBQ place, sporting goods store, jazz cafe, and clothing store which will all be welcome additions. not that it really matters, but that picture of Anacostia isn’t where the retail mentioned is planned to go… but I do love that pic.
not that big of a deal, but my picture of some buildings in Anacostia that you show is not where any of this retail is planned to go. That is a completely different project.
