		<description>This is a very nice development. I hope it doesn't get scaled down or anything like that. If the real thing has as much glass as the drawings show, it could end up having some of the best architectural diversity and aesthetically pleasing highrises in Northern Virginia. Right now, it is mainly brick. But, later in the future, an area like Rosslyn could end up improving a lot when it rebuilds and possibly re-fascades.</description>

A few hundred feet to the south you would have had to deal with a very expensive tunneling portion under Cameron run and 495; plus the Huntington station is on a hill and you would have had a rather steep incline to the rail yard just to the west.</description>
