		<description>We need some of this development goodness in DC.  I think if the process was made less onerous, it would be a lot more attractive for developers to finish projects in a timely manner, instead of the usual 5 years.</description>

		<description>Yeah, Arlington is pretty hot right now. I just wish "The Spire" was built in Ballston since that would look a lot different from everything else in the neighborhood.</description>
