		<description>this was a project to re-position the existing building with a limited budget, not to fully replace the building.  not sure how the final decisions on what to do came about (it was before my time here), but it's serving its purpose - you've noticed it!</description>

		<description>God, it must've taken them a year to get that working right.  Seems like they had a LOT of problems with the installation.  BTW, IMHO, the article should be updated to reflect the fact that this is not a new building, only a new facade on an old one.  Also, anyone know why they only updated a few patches of the old facade, leaving the rest intact?  It really looks quite odd.</description>
