You all gave your best appraisals on the Frank Lloyd Wright wannabe on Rock Creek Park and we have tabulated the results. The actual list price of this five bedroom in Forest Hills is a nice $3,995,000.

The building really doesn’t evoke Wright design though. Plus furniture like that would never be in a Frank Lloyd space, whose design was so much more than just the building, and often included custom furniture. We really do like the living room though, the stairs are incredible!
