Broken Crossroads: Meridian Hill
20 08 2008We love it when people see a problem and take it upon themselves to come up with a solution. The intersection of 15th and W Streets AND New Hampshire and Florida Avenues is clearly a problem and Monumentality decided to come up with their own solution… very cool, hopefully someone in the District Department of Transportation is listening!

ive been thinking every time i go through this intersection about how much i hate it … this is a great solution — great job!
Don’t you think that what they are trying to do is to slow down the traffic on 15th ST? I read about a plan to break the traffic on 15th ST by making it 2 ways street and slow down the traffic going north to MD. I think it looks better than we have but is not the solution to the DC area.
