Make Room For PNC

26 08 2008

If it’s getting knocked down in this city, you can count on us to bring you the glorious pictures! Site demolition is well underway at the site for the new PNC Regional Head Quarters at 17th and H Street right by the White House. We just love this type of demo where they basically take big bites out of a building till it falls down, it’s just fun to watch.

With the site getting ready for the new construction, we’re starting to get excited about the three-story climate wall that will cool the new buildings lobby with flowing water, we can’t wait to see what that looks like!

Another shot of the the glorious demolition after the jump…

@Capitol Dome

Isnt Chevy Chase Bank a maryland bank which would not make it a hometown bank as Riggs was founded and based in DC while Chevy Chase was not so they are not a hometown bank
