Silver Spring’s Moda Vista

Check out this proposed mixed use development being called Moda Vista in Silver Spring. It’s slated to replace the office building currently on the site but don’t get excited just yet, this thing probably wouldn’t be finished until 2011. As you can see, it’s an interesting combo of residential in the back and commercial in the front and gives new meaning to the saying business in the front, party in the back!

Does that mean we should start calling this the mullet building from now on?
What location is this?
This is the second typo in a blog post title this week. Should be “Spring” not “Sping”. Earlier it was “New Hamshire Ave… Boulevard?” missing a “p” in “New Hampshire”.
I think we all have typos and questionable grammar inside our posts from time to time. But misspellings in the Titles of posts is much more distracting…
Perhaps the “P” key on our keyboard sticks, causing all words with P’s to come out all wrong (that’s the only excuse we can come up with). Thanks for the heads up!
Rather, “Thanks for the heads u_!”
I thought they where going with a hotel at this sight?
