Ripley Street Breaks Ground
2 09 2008Demolition has already started in Downtown Silver Spring on a collection of several small industrial buildings to get ready for the newest 17 story addition to Ripley Street. The planned 306,000 sq-ft residential building will eventually rise to a height of 200 ft and include 318 luxury units and 48 MPDU’s.
The site is right along the Metropolitan Branch Trail on the western edge of the property, and the plan includes several improvements to the access of the trail as well as some street scape improvements. [Renderings: Washington Property Co]
