Great Shots: Inaugural Paving

You may have noticed that Pennsylvania Avenue is in the midst of being completely repaved. The work is being done to get ready for the Presidential Inauguration Parade this January. It is not like Pennsylvania Avenue was really in need of work, they just want the road to look good for the parade… your government at work folks!

Do people even watch the parade on TV? How much of a difference could it be in the way it looks?
