Hotel One Still On Track?
15 09 2008Not much has been happening lately at the corner of M and 22nd Street NW. This is the future site of the new eco-hotel line by Starwood Capital we mentioned back in March and short of a little prep-work and the fence, not much has happened.
As you can see the old three story building is still standing on the site. They better get going soon if they expect to finish on schedule. [Photo: DCMetrocentric]
Well, I think this may at least partially answer the question. Let’s hope they decide to go through with it, it looks like a neat concept that would make this location look a whole lot nicer.

With such a great location like that and with so many other highend hotels in that area, something will eventually happen on that land.
