Logan Circle Construction
24 09 2008No this isn’t New Orleans, it’s a house on Logan Circle that is undergoing a little renovation by Monarc Construction. This seems to be one of those deals where the house is for sale and being renovated at the same time. It’s a great location, and the building has a very original look that we like. Though someone should tell them the election is over!

um that house has been “under construction” for years.
still ‘under construction’ months later. i’d be concerned that it’ll fall down soon if they don’t get it secured and occupied.
