The little canceled condo project down on Virginia Ave Southeast may be making a come back. We just got word from a tipster who attended the ANC meeting earlier this week and apparently the unbuilt Admiral will now be offices if everything goes as planned.

Since this property has been for sale on and off for the last few years, it’s good to hear that the original owners finally want to try and do something with the property. With the sites proximity to Barracks Row and the cool looking Mansard roof design, we are pulling for the Admiral to make it through the storm!
