		<description>We spoke with the people at Legacy Partners and they say that it will probably be Spring before they can break ground.

They already have approval on the concept from HPRB, but still have to file with BZA for relief on parking (zoning requires 3 spaces, but they don't think think there is enough room for any parking on the small site.)</description>
