PriceChecker: Capitol Street
17 10 2008Your weekly chance to take a stab at real estate appraisal. Submit your guesses in the comments and closest guess gets the PriceChecker crown for the week. This weeks PriceChecker is an 1885 Victorian on East Capitol Street.

This red brick Victorian castle has got a facade that we really like, that combined with it’s great location and corner lot make this one of the best piece’s of real estate on the market right now in our opinion so take that into consideration with your guesses. A few years ago this property wouldn’t have lasted a week on the market, but it has been listed for over a month now.
The building was originally built in 1885 and has been refurbished from the inside out, including 11 original stained glass windows through the first and second floors. The home has 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and there are also 3 fireplaces that probably get a good workout considering the homes heat is provided by radiators.
So take your best guess and we will crown a winner next Thursday afternoon, and should you need some more information to help you, follow the jump for the realtor spin including dignitaries, statesmen, and leaders, as well as a picture of an interesting looking kitchen…
