111 K Street Neighboors

13 11 2008

We just got word that the little not so green building at 111 K street now has one more tenant to add to it’s list. YWCA has signed on to join the Sierra Club in the glass building designed by Gensler Architecture right next to Union Station.

In a move that bucks the market, J Street Development decided to sell the space in the new building instead of leasing it and they plan to have it complete by 2010. Apparently this is also going to be eventually connected to the Union Station air rights development that we’re so excited about.
