Your guesses on the I.M. Pei designed house in Cleveland Park were all pretty good and you guys got fairly close to the actual list price… which is currently $3,824,000. Props to Fritz and Richard for getting closest.

Wow! Washington, DC, has some gorgeous real estate, but that house is amazing.
