Bill Hellmuth of HOK Profile

19 11 2008

The WBJ just did an interesting little profile on Bill Hellmuth the president and design chief of architecture firm HOK this week. The article plays up the green angle of HOK and their newest building now under construction, the NOAA Center for Climate and Weather Prediction, which you know how we feel about.

Future HOK projects include the Districts new forensics lab in SouthwestHalf Street by Nationals Park, and the apartments at 14th and W street. The firm has a deep commitment to the city and a history that goes back to the 1940’s so it’s interesting to read a little about the guy who’s steering the ship.
