Well done with the guesses… the super narrow 4 bedroom house in Arlington is currently listed at a hefty $1.125 million. PriceChecker crown goes to Sam for the closest guess. This house is seriously narrow, we don’t even think a King size bed would fit lengthwise in that house!
No Metro, no yard, in a neighborhood of $500K-$750K houses, $1.125M? No way. They’ll be lucky to get 850, and that’s only if an idiot is on the other end.
It’s not far from Courthouse Metro. Still overpriced.
I used to pass the site daily and wondered what it would become. It’s like 3 stacked single-wide trailers. Something interesting could have come of it, but instead they just maximized the building envelope.
