		<description>I'm very surprised about the extent of demolition of given the marketing of this project as "Green."  Floor to floor heights of the existing building are pretty generous, not to mention some well executed brick work.  I'm not advocating preservation, but I'd like to know what possible reasons they could have had for not re-using the existing building as part of the final design.  It is a stunning final design, which makes a lot of green claims, but it is sad and ironic that they are trashing a good building to build a so-called "green" building.</description>
