The dine-in system--wait for a table, sit down with a menu, get back up to order, pour your own drinks, and then sit down to wait for food--is awkward. You might have to wait twice--once for a table, and once again to order. The last time I was there I was told we'd have to wait at least a half hour for some chicken because it was just put in the oven.
