		<description>Wow, that couldn't have turned out any more bland...It's really depressing to think about how much better the infill in this area could be. I would think that since this is such a wealthy, and well-known area, it would be able to attract better architects, and more innovative designs. This building doesn't even look like an architect was involved, with it's cheap windows, ugly pink-ish stucco detailing, and what looks like exposed concrete.</description>
