Took a look at a couple of the cheaper models in May. (When I say "cheap", I am referring to the duplex models in the $600k range). To say the least, my husband and I were not impressed. The architects made poor use of interior space. The rooms are oddly sized, and generally speaking, the floor plans do not seem thoughtfully laid out. Also, there was no balcony, patio or any private outdoor space of any kind. The parking situation was terrible. No outdoor parking near your unit, let alone a private garage like the more expensive townhouses have. If you buy a duplex, you have to park at the corresponding Vista condo building. If you bring home groceries one day, the sales people suggested you drop off them off at your unit, drive to your parking spot and then walk back to the duplex. Courthouse metro isn't that close either. All in all, I will be surprised if many of duplexes sell unless the prices are lowered.

Purchased one of these and am already living in unit. The "the garage in a garage" is great because it creates room for a large partio (above the garage). Also an aesthetic thing meant to conceal multiple garage doors and provides extra security.

I'm biased though, since I shelled out a bunch of $$$ for this thing.

Those closets look AMAZING, but it is strange they didn't put them on the interior and give the bedrooms more windows. I guess you could make them into more of a small study or den if you wanted.
