Clarendon Center’s Facade
13 03 2009We love it when developments put up sample facades. The Clarendon Center just put up a demo wall and we have to say the building is going to look great. The custom made precast concrete elements will give the new building a substantial look and will definitely fit into the neighborhood of older and new buildings.
The substructure is already under construction and the project is on track to be complete by early 2010. [Photo: DCMetrocentric]
I dunno, it looks a bit cheap. Like fake stucco. Maybe it’ll look better when it’s up.
