Washington Rents Rising? - Seems like unlike everywhere else in the country, rents in our fair city are still holding strong, and even rising in some cases. Who knew we had the second largest rental market in the country? One ray of sunshine? [Housing Complex]

Amen to that. Rents in this city are fricking CRIMINAL and I think maybe we ought to be talking about forcing them down a bit rather than calling it a good thing. Charging $2,000 for an apartment barely bigger than a closet is a CRIME.
The article said that Washington had the second best rental housing market in the country, not the second largest.
