Yale Steam Laundry West!

Check out the Yale Steam Laundry West! Ok it’s just the foundation but you can just look down the block at the East side to see what it’s going to eventually look like. The East side has been completed for a while and is still selling units, once those sell out, then the developer can start thinking about starting up work on the second phase… but by the look of it, that’s not going to be any time soon.
