1501 M Street Changes Hands

We just received word that the property at 1501 M St NW (pictured) has exchanged hands for a cool $60 million. The recently LEED certified property was owned by CB Richard Ellis and the buyer is Chicago based John Buck Co. The price sounds about right given recent deals in the vicinity.

Interesting–I had no idea that building was LEED certified.
